OT Auto experts, anyone have a proven method of removing water spots from windows? I've used several different methods with limited results. Any advice is appreciated.

I have the invisible glass. It's not working. I will try the water and vinegar this afternoon.

I have a proven method that works on my cars as well as my shower door.
1.) Go to Home Depot
2.) Buy the gel version of "Barkeeper's Friend".
3.) Purchase a package of microfiber cloth rags.
4.) Return home
5.) Swirl Barkeeper's Friend on exterior window with microfiber cloth.
6.) Let sit for 1-2 minutes.
7.) Clean with Windex or whatever glass cleaner you choose.
8.) Repeat Windex/cleaner step with new microfiber cloth.
9.) Repeat Steps 1-8 on the opposite side of the window.
10.) Apply Rain-X to exterior of auto window.
It will work. Guaranteed.

1) Hit the windshield with a hammer hard enough to put a large crack in it.
2) Have the windshield replaced with a new one.
3) File for insurance.

Why can't I just use the Barkeepers Friend and rags that I already have?
