How old were you when you bought your first house? How many have you owned?

Bought my first house at 29, second 5 years later when my family grew and my third 13 years after that.
I feel like this is fairly normal looking at my friends but my parents still live in the same house they built in 1962.
Eta I don't own 3 houses, I sold each house when I bought the next one.

Bought my first at 26, paid it off at 27. Subdivision started going to shite so I sold while values were still great. Then bought my current home at 30. Paid it off a month later. A month after that the flood hit, everyone around me and in my entire area sold their flooded homes for pennies on the dollar, and brought my value down like a fricking rock.
Yay.

I was 29. Wife was 27.

I've owned 1
It's only been a year
It's a condo in a nice location downtown on the beautiful Tennessee river, so we're planning to keep it and rent it out when we decide to move and build a house. We'll probably stay there another 4-5 years or so.

Pretty similar to others here, bought my first at 25, sold and bought a second at 26. I moved out of that one when I got married and I rent it. I moved into my wife's house added on because I like the neighborhood better.
Plus added a couple of kids so the addition was needed.
