800 mg of ibuprofen every morning.....non-name brand since they're all the same.

Almost everyday. I use Aleve, but will take an Oxy if the pain gets out of hand.

I take an Aleve 3-4 times a week. I try not to take one every day or multiple times a day. I don't want to become dependent on them. I have a bad neck though and sometimes I just sleep wrong. The pain just throws my whole day off..

Goody's headache powder. That shite works crazy fast and will knock out most any pain. Was taking almost daily but was worried about screwing up my stomach or liver, so I got off them. Now I just suck it up, but thankfully most of my pains have stopped after getting off. Probably due to eating better.

I take a 500mg Tylenol 4-5 mornings a week and am wondering if this is bad for me long term, hence the question on how often others take them.

Maybe once every other week, and only a normal or low dosage. I'd rather deal with anything than take too much medicine

What kind of pain do you everyday people have?

If I needed meds every day for pain I'd see a doctor

Had a root canal yesterday and didn't take any. I usually don't. I'll take a few fish oil and lay down if my head hurts.
