$150 for shared bedroom in UView
$175 for shared bedroom in Varn Villa
$250 for 1 of 2BR in Beauregard Town
$185 for tiny 1BR in back of house in Spanish Town
$250 for 1 of 2 BR at Stnaford Arms

$500.00 a month split between three - University of Michigan (1972-1976).

Usually, $200/month, but when I lived in fraternity house soph year, it was like $800 for the year.

I lived in Tigerland before it was so dangerous (although it was getting there) and had a 2 BR for less than $500 a month total. Utilities were a bitch, though, no insulation in that place.

$195 Aster road when it was the semi ghetto. That was 1984 though.
On another note...I paid $425 for a 2 Bdr townhome (Split the rent) off Gardere on Granite. The property was brand new. That place is sooo the hood these days. I went in 08 to check it out and was wondering if I would make it back.
Oh and on Earl Gros 1987...1 Brd $225.00- decent place
