My dog just needs an annual check up and annual shots. Where do you take your dog and how much is your annual visit?

I go to Dr. Waguespack at Siegen Lane Animal Clinic. He is about $40 per visit but not sure on the shots. I had her get the flu vaccination since she needed it for boarding and it was $25 for that.

IIRC it runs around $100 without flea/heartworm meds

$100 for a check up. $50 a shot. But expect to need way more than you think your dog needs and end up spending $300+

Started taking mine to AVS for the routine stuff. It's about 1/2 what I was paying at Sherwood South.

Need to put money back into waiting area and lobby, along with offices. Place is still the same way I remember it when I was a kid.

Go here. He's very reasonable. Even called me on a Sunday to check up on Yogi after a procedure was done a few days earlier.

Agreed. I do wish they'd keep the exam rooms cleaner at least. Thought more than once about going elsewhere purely because of that.

I, too, starting taking my dogs to AVS for routine stuff. I didn't realize how much Banfield overcharges until I switched to AVS.

Banfield in pets mart has a plan for 25 bucks a month that includes all vaccinations and discounts on flea and heart worm plus no additional charge for vet visits
