Borderline hipster. Not full blown, but I have my days.
I have a full beard and it looks very good because I'm good looking to begin with.
I have the "Hollywood Part" haircut - shaved up on side with a no fade transition to a part of full and healthy hair.
I wear dark black rimmed glasses.
I'm in shape and can fit into slim or skinny jeans if I desire.
I drink good rye whiskey like Old Overholt rather than bourbon because a good rye whiskey is far better than a good bourbon any day of the week.
The thing is that I'm more of an adventure guy than a hipster. Occasionally, though, I find it fun to dress hipster just for the shite and giggles.

I'm not a frat star or redneck and I've shopped at Whole Foods a few times. According to the OT that probably qualifies me as a hipster

I wear steel toe boots to work
I hate coffee
I wear heavy construction field jackets unironically
I can't stand indi-techno-pop
So...30% hipster, 40% coonass, 20% frat, 10% yuppy
