Knew each other for over 2 years before we actually went on a date, but to answer the question, 1 date, been together for over 12 years, married for over 7 years. I'm 33.

My wife and I slept together before we ever had an actual date. However, we had been pretty much best friends for 2-3 years. We were both a few months out of relationships and we out and got drunk together one night and the rest was history. And no she wasn't/isn't a slut (except for me of course).
