How long would it take you to adjust if maps were flipped upside down

Let's say, for ease of portraying maps it made more sense to make south north and north south, since the directions are arbitrary anyway. A map of the world would look like





Would you adjust easily? Would you have to revert back to the trusted "right side up" map in your head when traveling anywhere? Would you southerners be upset because you would now be nasally sounding northerners, at least geographically?

During the middle ages and early exploration period it was common for maps to be drawn upside down.

Magnets don't naturally have N and S written on them, so yes, compasses are arbitrary in regards to what's up and down on a map.
