How long do you think you'll live?

You hear people say they want to live to a certain point in life, raise their kids, or whatever.
I personally don't care to live beyond 50, maybe 55. So that gives me about another 20 years. I don't feel like I'll make it that long, not sure why though. I have no desire to deal with failing health, living on pills to maintain, and getting to the point where I can't enjoy the life I live. I've abused my body pretty good through sports and feel it daily, but it's not bad enough to where it slows me down. Once I get to that point, take me out, I'm done if I make it that long.
I've always had a feeling something would get me a little sooner though and I'm shocked it hasn't yet. I have no qualms about doing 150+ on a motorcycle, jumping crazy shite, or whatever. I'm no Travis Pastrana, but I've always lived for the thrill.

My grandfather on my Dad's side lived to 101.
My grandmother on my Mom's side is 94 and still going.
I'd like to think I'll be here at least half as long as I already have... so anywhere from 62-90 is my guess.

How shitty of a life have you led to think you don't want to live beyond 50? For Christ's sake man. Eat a fricking vegetable and apple every now and then and just walk around your house for about 10 minutes a day and you could hit 70 with relative ease.

Nobody lives forever. But I gotta figure with advances in modern science, and my high level of income, it's crazy to think I can't live to be 245, maybe 300.

You won't think 50 is old when you get there. 
I would like to make about 70, that should give me 10-15 years in retirement mode, and I hope to remain reasonably healthy till then.

My life hasn't been shitty at all. I eat an apple every single day and workout 4 days a week, I'm pretty freaking healthy man. I just don't see where life has much more to offer for me beyond that point, I don't see it being enjoyable wasting away in pain.

I had 3 g-g grands live to 90+. One grand to 93. The other 3 over 85. Parents at 78 and are in great shape. I'm 55 and in great shape. I'm shooting for 90.
