I loved summer school. The classes were a lot easier than the ones I had to drop during fall/spring

Fall of ‘79 plus the decade of the ‘80’s.

If I had to do it again, well, I’d take 20 years.

4 years. Took summer classes so I wouldn't have to overload myself during the regular semesters.

Same here.

Those AP exams in high school were the best $79 I spent.

Me, 4 years. But for all of you who went part time and took years to get an undergrad, my hats off to you. An undergrad degree is so much more difficult to achieve than a graduate degree. When I see 30 + year olds finishing up their undergrad, raising a family, I have the utmost respect for them. It’s a major achievement.

My cousin went to school on the GI Bill. Took the minimum number of hours each semester to be a full time student, played in a band, and tended bar. He was 30 by the time he graduated, but he had a blast and made a 4.0 in industrial engineering.
I packed those semesters out. You only get 36 months.

I started college right after high school, I went off and on for about 2 years and dropped out, got a job, got married, had kids worked on my career. After many years on the job I became frustrated with my lack of advancement so I decided to return to school and get my business degree. I had to start over completely due to loss of credits and a different degree path. I completed mine in 4 years. I took 12 hours a semester plus full summers for all four years. I did this with a wife and kids at home. I was also working full time for a service provider in the Oil and Gas industry, I wasn't in the field any longer but I did carry my work phone 24/7. I had to let my instructors know at the start of the class that I may have to step out of the room for a minute or two if there was an emergency. Never had any issues, Graduated in 2016 with a 3.52, best decision I've ever made. Still working for the same company and I've been promoted 3 times since my graduation.

I just hated having to go everyday, longer hours... worst were chemistry labs. Plus had to deal with BR summer heat, sweating like crazy getting to class

3 years, could have easily done 2 and a half

People think I am full of it when I say that I got an MBA by age 21 (four years - B-day is in Sept). We had a "3+2" program, which means, you could get an MBA with a undergrad in five years. I had almost a full year of AP credits, loaded up, and was able to get done in four. Pulled some all-nighters. I took two summer courses too.

I took my first college class in 1997. I just graduated with my bachelor's this year. I want able to go all the time and in didn't take it serious when I did go. Finally, in 2013, I committed... i took 1 or 2 classes each semester... got my associates then bachelor's.
