How long could you survive on beer alone?

Without water only a few days. With you could go a month or two until scurvy kicks in

Yeah beer does have water but the alcohol dehydrates you. I wonder if you could get by longer drinking low abv beers like michelob.

I know you can make it at least ten days with beer and water. I had to make weight once so I cut out food but kept drinking. Sounds stupid but I lost 15 pounds.

I think I remember reading somewhere that heavier beers (think they suggested something like ChimayAle) would keep you going longer. I think they said you could make it close to a month, but it'd be tough.
