Southwest has direct flights from New Orleans...

Delta can get you there in 4 hours
Actually, often times they can't. This is because the planes coming into Baton Rouge are often delayed, which delays getting to Atlanta, where your layover is 40 minutes to begin with. I had this lovely experience a few weekends ago, and the trip was more like 8 hours. And yes I realize this is anecdotal, but the tight layovers these days are hit and miss.

Averaging 100 MPH, it will take you approximately 5 years to get there, including the minimum sentence required is served after the white cop pulling you over for speeding plants drugs and weapons on you.

I really dislike flying if it's less than 600 miles. I'd rather drive.

Damn. It's about 600 miles from Houston to Tuscaloosa or Houston to Wichita, KS. F that noise.

FYI- I am OT baller status so I fly into Atlanta then drive up with rental car. I hate the drive up to Tennessee.
So you get a cheap flight to Atlanta and drive to Nashville and that's OT Baller?

You'd better plan on leaving at least 9 hrs in advance.

But then you'd have to get from Scotlandville --> NO, so add about 2-3 hours to get through BR and to MSY, unless there's a wreck on I-10, then add 4 hours.

Well I might be road tripping it for the
One day event, so cost will be split. Have to be at work on Monday so I can't potentially have a delayed flight. My event is a one day peogram

So at 100 mph you can get there in 6 hrs. Plus you'll save a ton of gas

is it possible to make it there in 6 hours? I need to know because I am going to an event up there in a couple of weeks
Drive from Scotlandville to MSY: 1:30 counting traffic
Arrive at MSY 1 hour before flight
Fly to Nashville: 2-2.5 hours on Southwest
I just got you there in 4-5 hours, you are welcome.
