How Far Will "HIstory Scrubbing" Go?

This is a legitimate question I have.
When people find out Henry Ford and Walt Disney were raging anti-semites and racists will we dismantle Disney World and vandalize every Ford car, then fine the owners?
I just want to know what the social/cultural end-game is here.

1) it's not a legitimate question you have.
2) Is your only education of civil war leaders looking at statues of them in random cities? Read a book maybe.

The thing is they aren't actually scrubbing any history. Removing the statues does not make you forget about the Civil War. The only history being written is right now about the time a bunch of liberal actual fascist went around the country tearing down monuments.

They already scrubbed all the history from the History Channel.

I kinda think this is the point. Tearing down monuments doesn't change history but it at least looks like you aren't celebrating the civil war.

Remember when the gay marriage slippery slope argument got to people marrying their animals or some shite?
I think I like this slippery slope argument better.

We might take down Ford and Disney statues on public property.

We will eventually have windowless featureless buildings in a neutral gray color and yet...someone will still complain it looks like a square gray penis and tear it down. Back to living in the woods.

I have a Tundra so I'm safe, but I imagine within a few years all Fords will be subject to destruction Bc racism.

I posted on the PT board, that the pyramids were monuments to histories greatest slave owners, and the Coluseium in Rome was built so the masses could be entertained by watching slaves kill each other.
Does removing monuments erase history, or does removing them lose a teaching opportunity for future generations?

Nope, Japan bombed Pearl Harbor. Driving a Japanese vehicle obviously means you side with them.

It will never end. We will have to go back to the beginning of mankind in order to scrub out all history of slavery? What about the Jews who were enslaved for hundreds of years by the Egyptians? The Jews had it 100 times worse than the blacks could ever dream of and I can say this bc my 9th great grandmother was an African slave from the Congo. I have some skin and blood in this game and I think all this slavery talk is getting ridiculous.

The pyramids weren't built by slaves and not all gladiators fought unwillingly

You were practically a slave yourself!

That analogy doesn't work. The coliseum wasn't built after Rome had been conquered by citizens wistful to the olden days.
No one is advocating the bulldozing of Oak Alley or the Custis-Lee mansion or any other structure built before the war.
Robert E Lee's statue in New Orleans was built 20 years after the South lost the war. Gen Beauregard's equestrian statue was built in 1913. The one taken down at UVA was erected in 1924. These aren't relics of the war being taken down.
