some (as usual) bs, but some great advice as well, thanks...FWIW she is very strong and has always worked out hard, very toned and I am proud of her, I have never pretended to be a "strong man" type, but can hold my own overall....Im no wimp for sure....but Im also not young and for medical reasons had to give up some sports I used to play...

There's not a woman in the world that could beat me in arm wrestling. And I mean that. I've finished first in several regional tournaments and I'm always top 10 at nationals

I had an accident playing baseball some years ago and broke the shite out of my arm and have only 50% movement.
My shoulder is in bad shape also due to the elbow causing unnatural wear. I'm 55 and she is 43 but I'd still tear up my wife and she is strong for a woman.
