I stopped there today to grab a chick fil a sandwich and was surprised of the amount of empty stores. I had not been here in probably 15 years, but did not expect this much emptiness. The majority of the stores were cheap clothes, cell phone stores, and shoe stores. I guess they cater to the clientele who still shop there.

Put that spring loaded arm thing at the top of the door in the locked position.

Pretty sure we talked about this in econ, something about being cheaper to stay open than to close.

If they generate just enough to cover property taxes and such, then it is cheaper to keep it open than to close. Duh.

Haven't been in 15+ years but I'd imagine Payday Loans do pretty good business there.

By that place, you mean all over that area of town.

Most of the doors are broken and they stay open on their own.

I remember when that Mall opened. It was the shite (and, as I recall, one of the largest single story malls in the US at the time).

Spaceport took many a quarter and I caught a bunch of movies at the Cortana Cinema.

Damned shame what happened to that place. I suspect the same thing will happen to MOL in the next 10 years once the locusts move on.
