How does the Apple Store do the iPhone launch For those in line without a preorder ? I did it for the iPhone 5 , can't remember how it was handled but I feel like Apple employees came out about 2 hours. Before Store opened , and asked what phone you were there for , they hand you a card and time , and you just came back at that time for your phone.

AND nah didn't preorder. I like my 64 gb iPhone 6 but tomorrow might go out there with a friend and have an itch for one depending

I just showed up at bestbuy and got in line. Took a few hours. They did ask you to make sure they had the phone ou wanted. I ended up having to go with a different color
