How do you get your fix?

Each Sunday is natl fix day in LA. We need our fix after what happened the day earlier.
Lately mine's been 4 Advil, 4 strips of bacon, 4 cups of bullet proof coffee, monster, a few rips with ice water, then a light jog with my baw.
