After seeing the picture, that's beyond someone that is just a slob. That's definitely mental illness. You can't even see the floor. That's someone who needs a family intervention and professional help. Telling her it's disgusting won't do any good. She can probably sense that, but doesn't have the ability to change it (or she doesn't think she does anyway, but she can). If she has any family (who are not hoarders), get the word and picture to them.

I'm guessing the Tinder guy took her to his place...either that or he was desperately horny.
