Yeah, I just Googled the Sterling thing. So what are the thoughts on the case? Are the cops getting off or do y'all think they were in the right? Hard to judge based on available information on the internets. Looks pretty bad on the cops.

It will depend on whether or not Sterling's civil rights were violated.

Not really. I don't think there was anything nefarious going on there. If there was, Obama's DOJ would've had them charged and used as political pawns for the election.

I guess my thing would be, was he a threat while being held to the ground? Plus, the store owner saying it wasn't him that was causing trouble and giving a reason for him packing heat makes it sound even worse.

He has a motive for saying that. He doesn't want his store looted and burned to the ground.
