With the demand for everyday food items????? Look at how much chicken is consumed everyday in this country......

This is prob difficult for you to understand but we have an insane amount of chicken and beef raised domestically.

I think PeeJ means this thread in a more general sense. It is pretty amazing, when you think about it, how plentiful our food supply is.

I once saw 35,000 chickens killed in one hour. Two hours later they were all packaged, loaded on a truck, and heading for a grocery near you.

I was amazed.

Then I realized that happened every hour, 7 days a week, at over 150 places in this country alone
