I'm going there next week for work. I'll be there for two nights and staying near IAH. Any low key spots in the Woodlands that I should know about? Any area is doable though. TIA.

Houston Rodeo cook off is the last weekend of this month. Really a good time if you haven't been before.

The flying saucer in Sugarland
Some really good and cheap seafood places out on Hwy 6
Catch a movie at the Pallidium out in Richmond
Do you have a fast car? If so, Go to "Mexico" one night.

The Woodlands Waterway will be your best bet for closest spots to IAH.
Restaurants, bars, etc. etc. Goose's Acre, Baker St are bars right next to each other. There's a Mortons Steakhouse on the corner, Landrys Seafood.
