You're basically staying at Disney. HOB is located in Downtown Disney or whatever they're trying to rebrand themselves as now.
You literally have a ton of options in the Disney area. Stick with Port Orleans or if you want to drop a little cash hit up the Polynesian and you'll be happy.

Drop a few bones on a cheap DVC resort like Saratoga Springs or Old Key West. Saratoga has a boat that pulls right up to HOB.
BTW, I know dvc isn't cheap but I mean something relatively cheaper than Bay Lake Tower or any of the Epcot resorts.
