Yall were just computer nerds in your dorm rooms on Friday nights who hopped on the internet message board thing before it became common place. That's all. Stay warm this weekend nerds.

I wanted quicker info than Dandy Don could deliver.

And: Trade School for Assistant Fry Cook at All American Burger didn't have a Dorm.

What about the real OGs who were on message boards and proto social media years before TD existed?

What about the real OGs who had internet friends on AIM in the 90s?

Got displaced by Katrina to Upstate New York and needed a venue to discuss LSU football, which the Rant was back in those days. Lurked for a year, then joined.

This.

I joined TD two days after the 2003 SECCG in Atlanta, where I lived. Worked downtown and have been to all LSU SECCGs except last year (didn’t miss much).

What do I win?

Just admit you’re experiencing serious FOMO not being here the last 20 years. We hate that you ever found us.

If it weren't for us, you never would have been born.

Tell your mom we said, what's up.

How about 80s with a 300 baud audio dial up modem and bulletin boards? Check.

Even better, I used to ride my bike across town to Amiga and Commodore user group meetings at the Goodwood Library.
