a home schooled prom must be absolutely lame.
who is she complaining against? there is no school or school district to sue.

I thought enlistment for homeschoolers was difficult because they only have a GED. Has the policy changed?

Not just the bent elbows, but notice how you can't see her shoulders?
No way that dress was actually fingerlength.
Plus, why aren't they using the traditional standard of no more than two inches above the knee?

I have a guy in my platoon who was homeschooled, his wife also. They are so strange. He was from Wisconsin and he told me that when he got to basic, it was the first and only time in his life, that he had any interaction with black people, because of being home schooled and there being so few in his area. Crazy He is very strange though
o man we had those guys in basic never interacted with a black person before.
My MTI( from Louisiana) was like who has never seen an interracial couple before in person, few dudes raised their hand. He was like well that shite is normal in the military. Then went on a rant about how he almost married a hot black chick. I was dying laughing, then he smoked me

You can get in with a GED, but each branch is selective and can only fill a certain percent of the yearly quota, with GED slots. If you have at least 15 credit hours of college, then you are then classified as holding a high school diploma.
He had college credit, so he was able to fall in the diploma category.
Idk, it's a weird system. There are all kinds of waivers out there as well, for people with a criminal history. Like I've said before, it's how we end up with a lot of scum and people who shouldn't be here. I have seen far too many people in here, who think they are still gang members.

Religious homeschoolers tend to be pretty weird, case in point, this group. Dads have lustful thoughts, blame the girl for tempting them. Females are def. second class citizens in this subculture.
OTOH, not all homeschoolers are like that. There's a big secular homeschool group on the Northshore, for intstance.
The guy in my unit was one of the religious type. Said he would stop reading books or watching movies when it got a little inappropriate sexually.
Mormon kids are way more normal.

As a former homeschooler (4th, 5th, and 6th grade) I can say that most of the other homeschooled kids I met were total freaks who weren't in a real school because they grew up with a total lack of discipline and were not given the tools by their parents to socialize appropriately with other kids, or adults for that matter.
Most of these parents are extremely egotistical and pass it along to their kids. I still see it in the people my age who were homeschooled.
My parents did it to give me a head start and made sure I had plenty of opportunities to socialize with kids my age, because they recognized how important it is to get along with other people and respect adults other than them.
That's another big issue- lots of these kids are the types who are raised to believe they are equals of their elders and call them by their first name- something I only recently started doing on the backend of my college career.
Homeschooling can be a great thing if you do it right and for the right reasons.
The parent has to establish a syllabus, a curriculum, and a system of discipline and must be more strict with their children's schooling than the average school teacher, because the child has no peers to ridicule them into maturity. My parents' were never my friends, especially when it was time to learn.

Her feet are disgusting and what's up with her eyebrows? It looks like she shaved them off and painted them back on.

I got in with a GED. I walked into the AF office and they walked me down the hall to the Navy, who walked me down to the Army.
