frick Seattle. Can't wait to move back to the south one day.

I have been here for a month now and have a 2nd floor apartment downtown. There is a group of homeless people that live literally right underneath my window in the alley. I leave my window open because we have no air conditioning here. But these homeless people make noise all hours of the day, especially overnight when I am trying to sleep. They do drugs all the time - they all smoke weed and it stinks up my apartment, and they all cough like they are losing a lung when doing it. Last night I saw two of them shoot each other up with a needle.

They piss in the alley and it smells like urine. They argue with the private security that tries to get them to go away but legally can't do anything. There is one guy who always is carrying around liquor in a brown paper bag and screams at the top of his lungs at people walking by - at all hours of the night. They make noise with their bags of aluminum cans.

It's been really bad the past few nights, especially as the arguing between the private security gets more heated. Was woken up last night at 1am to hear the security and homeless people bicker.

I've called the cops at least a half dozen times - I have yet to see them show up, but the 911 dispatcher always says they showed up and issued citations. At this point I don't care about citations, I just want them gone.

I've taken the high road the entire time, but am starting to lose patience. I just want a good night's sleep. I can close my window but it gets hot and stuffy and I can still hear them. Right now I am blasting the "Toddler Tunes" channel on my TV out my window at a loud volume hoping that gets them to go away, but it will just be temporary and I can't do it as I sleep. I am also considering getting some Aunt Jemima and pouring it in the little crevice/alcove they camp and sleep in to make it sticky and attract ants, or just pour boiling or freezing water out the window.

TLDR, homeless people live outside my window in the alley, make noise, do drugs, be annoying, cops don't do shite about it.

One of the homeless guys smoking a joint before I left for work this morning. It stinks up my apartment and he coughs like he is about to cough up his lung, extremely loud.

Can't really tell from this pic, but they had just gotten done shooting each other up with a needle. Fedora guy handing back the needle by the time I got this pic taken. This was last night around midnight. Fedora guy gets high or drunk or both and goes around screaming at people who walk by. It echoes in the alleyway. He tried hitting on a girl walking her dog one time and she blew him off so he harassed her and her dog all the way down the street.

These next two pics were taken last night and the night before. Private security comes and tries to get them to move but the homeless people pretty much tell them to frick off since legally they can't do anything. "CALL THE frickING SEATTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT" is screamed over and over. If the Seattle Police Department have ever come(and I have called them at least 6 times) I haven't seen them.
