Very detailed building for us now. Great guy.
Edit: Steer clear of Inline Contractors. Just a number with them. Seemed very unorganized when we were going through builder researching phase.

If Jay Smeltzer with Suncoast is still building you should look him up.
Crazy attention to detail and I had never been on his jobsite without him being there.
