King Ranch F-something with rims and truck nuts as seen in Lafayette this morning. I tossed a card in his bed in case he gets hurt offshore.

It takes huge balls to block up the roadway like that. I mean, dude, if you fricked up and missed your turn, just go down the street a bit and make a u-ey.

Some people.

Those are some really low profile tires for such a big truck. I bet his rims are bent to shite.

For real I haven't seen any truck nuts in months and months. The joke about oil being down hurting truck nut sales was actually true.

The oilfield legal market is beyond strange - at least the personal injury/Jones Act folks - you have all these good ole baw lawyers, who are old school, machine Democrats - like from the 1950s - liberal as frick, Obama/Bernie/HRC/Stein as frick - essentially Marxists (except when it comes to THEIR own money, then they're really frugal) and their clients, who are largely uneducated, young, lifted F-something with truck nuts living in a triple wahd, MAGA as frick, 'Murican as frick as their clients.

Very, very strange world.

Seamen are the wards of admiralty, even if they don't realize it takes nanny state big government to accomplish that.

Jones Act is a huge piece of nanny state and crony capitalism.

Yet no one seems to complain about billing their client(s) for defending against such claims

I forget you're still so young. But even so, touché, Boosie, touché.

(I only did one side of that work, and I would guess your best guess would be wrong.)

I'm just being a douche. I can certainly see both sides of the argument. Just so happens only one side of the argument pays my bills so oh well. Honorable plaintiffs abound!
