So a women came to my new house and was selling cable, Internet, and phone packages for AT&T (AT&T Uverse) for about $120 a month. I've used directv in the past and enjoyed the quality tv they put out but hate the service (for some reason my bill continues to get higher every couple of months even tho I haven't added any extra channels). I've used dish network (we have it at work and SO family uses it) and it's ok I just don't know anything about their pricing or dealing with them. Parents use suddenlink (north LA so cox is out) and their service is good only thing is the Internet kinda sucks. So I need some help picking out who to use. Give me your best shot OT!

att sucks

Really they all suck.

I switch back and forth between cox and directv every couple of years to get in on the cheap initial pricing.

Well, I hate to bring bad news, but I have seen pretty steady price increases from pretty much every cable provider that I have ever used. if you are happy with service and can't find anything substantially better, I would probably just keep what you have.

Anybody but Frontier (formerly FIOS)

Those fools ditched FIOS amazing infrastructure and are worst across the board at everything. Charter isn't bad to test out if you have your own modem

I have been extremely pleased with Uverse but I love in Texas so it may not be an equal comparison.

I have LUS Fiber here in Lafayette and it's great. Cheaper than Cox and much better products and service. The people who pushed to make this happen years ago should be commended.
