Help me take advantage of the dire situation car dealerships are seemingly in with EVs

I'd like to get an EV as a second/commuter car and want to try to take advantage of a dealership trying get rid of piling inventory at the end of the year. I feel like for the first time in a long time, I have some leverage as a buyer. It doesn't matter what car it is. I just need to find a desperate dealer trying to offload an EV badly.
What's the best website to find such deals across makes and models in a single place? Cargurus? Truecar? I don't want to go to individual dealership web pages to find deals.
References:
1. Mazda CEO says electric car inventory is piling up. EVs other than Teslas ‘are not taking off’
2. Here's why people aren't buying EVs in spite of price cuts and tax breaks.
3. EV shift slows with growing inventory, other hurdles

Buy an old corolla or something.

I get free charging at work. Basically my fuel costs on this car will be zero. Want to take advantage of that too.

so you are a complete idiot and you want to set fire to $100k for a car that will cost more to use in one week then a years worth of gas you would burn in a regular car
congrats i guess

Selfish irresponsible pricks drive EVs.

Who said anything about spending $100k for a commuter car? There are EVs available for less than half that. That's what I'm interested in.

From what I've seen Ford can't give the Mach-E away.

Still better off getting a Tesla.
There's a reason Teslas are selling and theirs aren't. I know a super woke person that thinks Elon is literally a KKK member and he still bought a Tesla.

You are aware that you can buy an EV for less than half that, right?
OP has the optimal set up for an EV user. It's just a commuter car for work and errands around town, he has free charging at his office.
For all the faults that EVs may have today, OP's situation fits in perfectly for an EV.

I'd imagine you can get a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf for pretty cheap. Especially if you look used and don't need the full potential of the battery for your daily commute.

Go to autotrader, set fuel to "electric," sort by price from low to high, limit it to new. You can screen out the cheapest ones like the Nissan Leaf or Chevy Bolt if you want, but if you really just want a rock-bottom cheap commuter you can get one of those for really, really cheap.

Thank you sir

This is the way, wife has access to charging at work too and next vehicle will probably be an EV.

This thread went exactly how I expected it would

No. He doesn’t. All that poster saw was “want to buy an EV” and his unmanageable anti-liberal rage filter disappeared like a fart in the wind.

From what I've seen Ford can't give the Mach-E away.
The Mach E and VW ID4 are languishing on dealer lots right now. A lot of them have hit the 90 day on lot mark, which is really problematic for dealers. The economics of a dealership work against the dealership once they hit the 30 day mark on a lot, the dealer will have to pay interest on the vehicle as part of their floor plan financing. A car can cost around $85-100/month past the 30 day mark.
Had to drop my car off at the Ford dealer for a recall repair and the salesman said that their stock of around 20 Mach E's was costing the dealership around $3,000 a month just sitting there. Some of them had hit up to 180 days on the lot.
Long way of saying, check out when the paperwork for the vehicle was completed and if it's been sitting on the lot past 60 days, you'll probably get a great deal from them just to get the vehicle off their lot. They are giving solid financing and lease deals on EVs as well, since they aren't moving them. I think Ford is doing 0.9% and 1.9% financing on EVs. Pretty sure other brands are as well.

Anyone else at work have one and taking advantage of the free charging? Talk to them. See if they like what they have or would have done anything differently.

You just got all the OT O&G baws attention:
Save up for a Tesla and make it your main commuter. Every other EV company is just turning out shite.
