I think there are some archive sites that let you see any page at any point in the past without any saving at all...the history of every webpage is available for viewing at any point in its past...
hopefully someone will post one of those sites for you to reference here...

the "print screen" button on your keyboard & that will copy of screenshot to your clipboard. Open up paint & paste it in there. save the file...

here ya go...check to see if previous pages from her facebook are here...if so, just remember the particular date and you are good to go...

FB allows you to save everything in a file. Just go to the settings and find the archive button and then press "start my archive"

With windows, open word, pull up the page you want to save from Facebook, hit print screen on your keyboard. Go back to Windows and hit "control v (paste)" and it will past to word or .doc file. Then you can save it to your PC.

Holy frick balls. Do none of you goobers know what an MHT file is? There's been a way to save a Web page as a Stand alone file in Internet Explorer for a Decade.
It's under File menu in IE.
