I love guns and can never get enough of them. I'm looking at picking up two in next couple days. I'm torn between getting two matching or one of each (see pics)

Seriously leaning to getting two of the 3-3/4" (2nd gun)

The other is 4-5/8"

Both 44 mag

What is OT's opinion of the ruger super Blackhawk

Have you ever fired one before? Trust me, you want the longest barrel possible.

This is your OT dilemma at this time bragging about which 2 guns you're going to buy?

Can't go wrong with Ruger.

I have a super Blackhawk 44mag 7-1/2" and a redhawk 44 mag 7-1/2"

I'm torn on getting a matching set of the talo 3-3/4 or one of each 3-3/4 and 4-5/8

Technically I won them and can pick so trying to make up my mind

I've got a super red hawk but not Blackhawk. Pulling the trigger on a 44 magnum changes the micro-ecosystem in your very immediate vicinity. I suggest getting one.

Won. Not buy. I get to choose. Definitely not a baller of OT status. I'm on the bottom rung when it comes to baller status. If I didn't win them I'd never be able to have this dilemma

I'm a big fan of Ruger firearms. I have several (some for 20+ years) and they've all been rock solid.

I grabbed a .357 sp101 3" a while ago and I dont understand why I love it so much. Will def be adding more Rugers to the collection in the future.

I have the Super Blackhawk with a 7" barrel. Thing's a beast. The single action and reloading process takes some getting used to if you're used to DA revolvers, you can't just dump all the spent shells at once and reload quickly.

I'd get a Smith & Wesson Model 69 Combat Magnum if I was going the .44 route

I'm leaning to two of the 3.75" right just to have matching pair. But man I love the the 4-5/8 too

The first pistol that I bought on my 21st birthday was a Ruger semi auto 45. I'm 42 years old now and it's never jammed. Still my go to truck gun

That's damn near a snub nose. That thing will kick like an angry mule.

Beautiful guns and do love s&w but love the classic look of ruger super Blackhawk and redhawk (not super redhawk)

I have the short snub SP101 .357 mag. Yeah, it's not fun to shoot. Amazing truck gun, tho.
