Help me identify these tools

I just left Disney world with the fam. While at magic kingdom around the tomorrow land area I saw someone that made me do a double take. a dude with dark hair, Mohawkish and LOTS of tattoos and his black friend with a HUGE belly that hangs real low.
I just saw (on here I believe) a gif of the tattoo faced guy shooting a machine gun and the black dude shirtless with a gun tucked under his belly, then throws belly up to retrieve said gun and fire it.
They walked around like celebrities. Shaking hands and throwing up deuces.
Are they internet famous? Who are they?

The white dude is called "Jaw" and they call the black dude "Tic". They are wanted by the FBI. You should have called the law.. You would have gotten an award.
