Heavy Rain Band in the Red River Area

How much falls will be critical for areas down stream like Texarkana and Shreveport/Bossier City already above flood stage.

I heard second hand from a guy who is a meteorologist for SWEPCO that it could be bad down here again in a few days. The river has fallen REAL quick this week and as of this morning was down below flood stage (although still about 7 feet higher than normal). I can see another rise in a week or so, but if they just get a couple of inches, hopefully it won't affect us too bad around here.
