And the Russians think they invented everything. Seriously engrossing footage that I found pretty fascinating. Long video at 12 minutes but I couldn't stop watching. Enjoy.

There weren't enough lawyers to sue for a fake back injury so people were more careful.

Would be neat to compare that video to preset day.

Just think that everybody you see in that video isn't alive today

This must've been shot right before the quake.

Well, yeah... It's from 1906. Time is not that complicated.

Cool video.
And then everything in that video was destroyed a few months later.

I like the mixture of cars and horse drawn carriages.. Shows the space between past and future... Awsome...

The music sounds like it's some dramatic event. I'd have played "Living is Work" for that video.

Really cool. You can tell that's not br though. Lots of expired Inspection stickers and jaywalkers. Br police would be all over thsr

I would think that the horses are probably dead too.

in that video, America was still 8 years away from having the first traffic light installed in the country ..

Whole lot of cars on road for 1906 considering ford motor Co really began in 1903

Maybe they had a massive grand opening sale ?

Seriously, the San Francisco earthquake and fire happened in April of 1906. 80% of the city was destroyed. That video had to be taken right before all that happened. That's kind of eerie.

The thing that fascinates me the most is the driving, you would think this was filmed in present day BR
