For me, only once.

The Huey Long Bridge in New Orleans. Never want to go over that thing again.

I was in a train car on that bridge a few days ago, and it was really scary!

I used to date a girl who would literally cry if we drove over a bridge.

Every time I go over a bridge. Recently seeing John Oliver's piece on infrastructure in the US hasn't made that fear any better

I'm scared of many things, but driving over a bridge is not one of them.

That bridge was on the route for my driver's ed test. Didn't bother me, but some of the other kids freaked out though

Once I was on the I-10 bridge in Baton Rouge during a really bad storm, and the bridge was swaying a little bit. Freaked me out a bit, but I just remembered they are designed to do that a little bit. nbd.

High rise in NOLA. Not because of the bridge itself, but because a couple of years ago someone flew off of it in an accident. That's a long way down.

ETA- LINK

Also the Huey p before it was renovated.
