Anyone else find it ridiculous these officers still have a job? One used handcuffs as brass knuckles to beat an unarmed man who got down on the ground after what appears a foot pursuit.

We can see someone doesn't know use of force policy. As a former LEO this is excessive force. The suspect is disengaged from the officer and laying on the ground. As he attempted to get his hands from underneath him he begins to be struck by the officer in the back of the head. It is a natural reaction to protect yourself when being struck. You can even hear the suspect ask the officer why he is striking him.

There is absolutely nothing in the video you shared to substantiate the officer beat the guy in the ground. The officer told him repeatedly to put his hands behind his back and he did not do so. We have no idea what transpired before the video you shared started, but I have 10 grand on the fact that the POS on the ground disobeyed numerous laws and orders that got him in the situation of him laying under shrubs and having his arse handed to him by law enforcement.
I know damn good and well that I've never been tackled and beat by law enforcement while tending to my yard on a Saturday morning.
Wake up and go frick yourself for trying to make this into a race war.

The lack of additional details, your admission to being a former law enforcement officer, and the amount of time on the board all suggest to me that you posted this video because of something personal.
