Where exactly in BR is this place located, and have any OTers been there to worship?

I nearly ran over one today on Burbank

IDK about now, but a couple of years ago that was a scam.

I love their professional ID badges like they have a license to stand in the road and beg for money. Is there some kinda Dept. of Begging where you go to take some test to get that kinda clearance?

It's a scam and I look down more on the people that actually fall for it and give these people money.

A vest says, "I want to get dressed up, but I don't want to sweat my balls off in South Louisiana."

I'll allow it.

The "windshield cleaners" are worse. You tell them no. They do it anyway. Then they get pissed when you don't pay.

They do this for vets or firemen all the time around here at intersections and it's freaking dangerous, especially in winter/icy conditions. I hate to be a dick, but go outside of a mall or something.

I'm not sure about ID's but I had to get a permit in my hometown when we did a traffic stop fundraiser. I'm not sure how to figure out the legitimate ones from the scams.

Even worse are the little miscreants that run around between the Cars at intersections shaking buckets for their "after school programs" while their fat arse mama sits on a bench nearby.

Wastes of oxygen. The whole litter.

I just had an epiphany about what to do with the Canadian quarters I sometimes get in change that I discover at the Coinstar machine.

My uncle use to own a full service gas station and they would be filling up someone's car and the people who use to try to get people to replace their windshields would come around. They would be told to leave the premises, but would still go around to all the cars. So my uncle to his workers to tell the people they are a scam when they come around.

When they came around and one of the workers told the person don't pay them any attention, its a scam the dude wanted started yelling "you little bitch, I should sue you for messing up my reputation".

Well that is a dumb opinion. I mean the people perpetrating the scam are worse than the people who unknowingly give money to what they think is a church or some other good cause.

Keep them? They're worth approximately 75% of a US quarter and used to be worth more than a US quarter.
