Not hard to eat healthy and find 30 minutes a day to workout. Have some pride to make yourselves better.
Just sad unmotivated bums without willpower smh

Soooo...I guess you're still mad.

Can we all agree to a moratorium on dad-bod threads. Lame subject to begin with and now beaten to death.

I'll roll with my dad bod and you will like it.

You prefer fricking the sculpted, Greek God-looking dads, dont you?

Baffles my mind that people care this much about others and their habits.

I do and I also have a lunch break where I workout.
ETA: but it's just a quick 45-1hr routine. Nothing fancy.

I'll admit it's lazy, but I don't go to the gym. I do eat what I want, but I'm not afraid to mow without a shirt on. I'm 30, not afraid of my body. Could it be better? Yes. Is it a priority? No. I'm married with two kids, the only one I feel like impressing is my wife. I don't go around calling myself a dad bod though, but can understand the confidence a guy might get out of it.

Clearly a young fella here.

Anyone who has young kids and a job and isn't a piece of shite father or husband finds it difficult to get to the gym with regularity.

Guys who start these threads are so frickin insecure.

Some of y'all are a little too obsessed with the bodies of other men.
