From my experience, women with significant others who get plastic surgery will cheat or are already cheating on the spouse or SO. I'm mainly talking about tit jobs but it can happen with other plastic surgery.

it's so common now, I don't think that it's even related to "affairs" anymore.
my wife wanted some. I told her that she can do one this year and when we finish paying it off, she can get the other one done.

Just like someone with triple F tits, people like Joan rivers overdid it with the Botox.
Plenty of wealthier women get Botox and you'd never know that's why they look so great. Hell, a lot of people start it in their 20s. Tiny amounts, nothing crazy. It just has a different stigma than fake tits or a tummy tuck because when it is overdone, it's awful.

My wife is pregnant with our second (and last) child. She has already said once she gets rid of the baby weight / stops nursing she wants a boob job and I have no problem with that. Having children take its toll on a woman's body. If she wants a little help to maintain a pre-pregnancy body, more power to her.
