So where do you live after being in prison for almost 2 decades?

In December 2009 the City of Pittsburgh's city council approved a $3.78 million settlement of Doswell's federal civil rights lawsuit against the city. Under the settlement Doswell was to be paid $1.26 million in 2010, 2011 and 2012, with his legal fees paid from those payments.

How about not in the hood? I don't feel sorry for him, and i'm glad he's in jail for possessing crack and having a gun. Nothing positive comes from having those two things, except maybe him getting killed, or better yet he dies killing another crackhead. On top of him having that, he was being stopped b/c he was a witness to a murder. WHy the frick is he anywhere near a place where someone is getting murdered.
Guy was given the opportunity to change his life, and he has done nothing to help himself and has only made himself look like he belonged in prison all along.

As a fyi, this man was accused of rape once before this wrongfully imprisoned rape accusation. He was acquitted of raping his girlfriend before this incident.
