If any of you are from around the Mobile/Pensacola area you undoubtedly know about David J Maloney. He is an obnoxious outspoken attorney who has a long list of cheesy sometimes mildly funny ads. In many of his ads he emphatically states that if you get in a wreck, and you've been drinking,he won't represent you.....in fact he'll likely be going against you. Here is one of those commercials:
