What's really troubling, or telling, is that no one really goes to the aid of any of the people that were hit. Just "ooooooooooooohhhhhhh".

Look, I think it's awful that someone thought the only course of action in that situation was to get in their car and plow people over (thankfully no one was pinned to the truck she ran in to), and if I was there I would definitely try to help anyone who might be hurt.
But then you think that this kind of thing will get ignored, but if I'm working at a McDonald's or something and I give a black person somewhat lukewarm coffee, it's a hate crime, then yeah, I'm going to laugh because this world is a bit backwards.
