Yep have been with them for almost 8 years. Interface is a bit dated and coufusing. I'm a decently heavy user with them and very happy.

You don't have issues with dropped calls?
Also, have you used their professional voice services?

No problems with dropped calls.
Haven't ever used their voice services.
The mobile app is a little buggy but doesn't cause any dropped calls. The app only is used if you want to dial out using your Grasshopper #, view call history, etc. Incoming calls don't require the app.
