I thought walls were bad???
In a city where gun violence continues to terrorize certain neighborhoods, some feel their loved ones who have been murdered have been forgotten.
- Get Teneshia's name on the back window of your car with RIP on it. Problem solved no wall needed.

Close. But Teneshia was probably killed by a black man with a gun, not a gun.

Until certain elements of society are willing to accept accountability, all attempts for "progress" will be futile.

It aint gun violence. Its violence with a gun.

They really try hard to keep from blaming the demographic that causes 75% of this problem.

We need to dig deeply and figure out why these guns are so violent.

Guns seem more violent around black folks, maybe theyre prejudiced. I need to have the racism talk with mine today.

Any tool in the hands of those without impulse control will be deadly.

Goes back thousands of years. Civilizations rose and fell due to the impulse control ability of it's citizenry.

It's a nice thing and it's her way of moving on. But couldn't they use existing walls rather than build useless walls in empty lots?

She knows the feeling well. Last year, her 3-year-old grandson Devin Page Jr. was shot and killed by a stray bullet while he slept in bed.

So the bullet fired itself? He was killed by a person in his environment. An innocent victim of senseless violence

These people blame other people for climate change, but just cannot make the same leap for guns.

It sucks, I get these people are hurt and traumatized, but unfortunately their solution is always to take away gun owners rights than hit the actual problem.

Her three year old grandson caught a stray bullet from outside while sleeping in his bed. Asshat.

I’m sitting here in my bedroom drinking my morning coffee watching the news. I’ve been looking over at my gun cabinet to see if my guns react anytime a black person comes on the TV. So far they just seem to sit there doing nothing. Maybe it’s because my guns are themselves mostly black.

Go easy on them. I'm sure your guns have never killed a black person.
