Grande Isle PD Cruiser Hits Girl Sun Tanning on Beach

It was a Grand Isle police vehicle riding on the beach. Apparently the vehicle struck or ran over a girl that was sun tanning. She was air lifted to Charity. Non-life threatening injuries.

This happened at a Jacksonville Beach not too long ago but it was beach patrol (lifeguards) that did it.

I'm not speculating on this incident, but if you're on a beach without many people around, it's a really good idea to stay awake and aware of vehicular traffic.
I was cruising down a little-used beach one day (it's mostly an abandoned road) with the Sun in my eyes and suddenly realized there were 3 or 4 oblivious senior citizens standing around giving zero fricks about the truck coming their way. To make matters worse, they was naked. Just standing around naked, old and fat, giving zero fricks about the truck coming towards them.
I was cruising down a little-used beach one day (it's mostly an abandoned road) with the Sun in my eyes and suddenly realized there were 3 or 4 oblivious senior citizens standing around giving zero fricks about the truck coming their way. To make matters worse, they was naked. Just standing around naked, old and fat, giving zero fricks about the truck coming towards them.
