cop innocent

In opting not to indict, the panel determined there was not probable cause that a crime was committed by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo, who was seen on a widely watched amateur video wrapping his arm around Garner's neck as Garner yelled, "I can't breathe!" during the summer altercation.

Surprised. I would think the video itself would have made it go to trial.

I don't think he should be charged with murder, that seemed ridiculous, but he did use a chokehold he wasn't supposed to and the man died. Maybe the GJ saw other evidence for cause of death?

I had no issues with the decision on Brown's case. This one is a whole different story. I can't believe he didn't get indicted. I will admit, I haven't read anything on this case, I've only seen the video. So I may be speaking too soon. But unless there's something to this story that the video didn't tell, I cant believe that the officer got off without even going to trial.

I'll own it, and call it like I see it as I've mentioned many times. This one was sketchy at best. He definitely deserved to go to trial.

This has so much better of an issue/argument than the Mike Brown bull shite.

Most definitely. This is a legit case. Mike Brown? Not so much.

Part of what baffles me about the race baiters. I assume it is on purpose because no one can be dumb enough to think Mike Brown was a legit case unless you're blinded by color. The dude in NYC is the prefect case of cops doing horrid shite, yet it doesn't get near the attention. It must be on purpose.
