Dat barrell roll tho...

quote:

A grand jury has cleared the McKinney Police officer seen on video forcing a teenage girl to the ground outside a pool party last year.
Seven minutes of video posted to YouTube put Eric Casebolt and the city of McKinney in the national spotlight in June 2015.
In that video, Cpl. Eric Casebolt is seen using profanity and aggressively throwing a 15-year-old girl in a bathing suit to the ground, face down, outside a pool party in Craig Ranch. He then appeared to pin her down with his knees.
A Collin County grand jury on Thursday determined there was not enough evidence to warrant criminal charges against Casebolt, who was a 10-year veteran of McKinney PD.

Good. Section 8 should've never put those families around that neighborhood in the first place.

The people causing trouble at the pool we not residents of Craig Ranch. That neighborhood is only 10% black and 90% of the people at the pool being black and jumping the fence, people that actually pay HOA dues and have a vested interest called the cops.

That was the whole point of why the cops showed up. Some idiot created some Instagram invite type of thing and they overran the pool. I think one of the kids was a resident but anyone with any sort of experience in a neighborhood that has a pool know you can't bring 40 of your friends with you to the pool.

The pool isn't a public one so the residents called the cops to take care of it.

We have the same problem in my neighborhood. We have a pool and the older neighborhood across the street doesn't We pay about $200 more a year in HOA due because we have a pool but they try to bully life guards and sneak into the pool. We have a keycard to get access, but they still try to use it and always have an excuse. What ends up happening is on the weekend it get crazy busy and a third of the people don't live in the neighborhood and force actual residents to be unable to come to the pool because of overcrowding.

Yep... The large majority at the party were from Dallas. They showed up in droves after someone sent out a social media blast to "crash" the party. They had a DJ blasting loud arse music, kids parking in and in front of people's driveways blocking get them in... no wonder people complained.

Sure haven't but at least I can recognize sarcasm when I see/read it.
