They should charge you 50% all the time because you only have a 50/50 chance of having service. Switch to Verizon baw. Get what you pay for.

I guess it's just where you are but I've never had trouble with AT&T before. Sure, they're a bit pricey but I always have service and the customer experience has been fine aside from the constant nagging and pushing of Direct TV but that's their job.
