Got a trashy story for the OT

Happened about an hour ago. I was eating at a restaurant and asked the waiter to split the bill. When he brings the bills out, mine has my buddy's drink on it so I let the waiter know and he says he'll switch it over. When he brings the card receipt back, he had put 2 drinks on mine and none on my buddy's. Since the card had already been swiped I let it go, and just didn't tip.
This is where it gets trashy. We're leaving, and the waiter follows us out (we're near our cars now) and says I forgot to write in the total. I write in the total without a tip and hand it back to him. As he's walking off he looks at it and yells "you're not gonna tip?!" I told him no, and he yells back "alright you stupid fricking bitch." I yell back "then don't frick up my bill next time." (Stupid of me)
Waiter throws the receipts and his little apron on the ground and starts stomping towards my car while I'm getting in. Yells about how his family is lawyers and judges and cops. I tell him he overcharged me, and that's why I didn't tip. He changes his tone to "well have you ever been a server? Even when you frick up people usually leave like a 5% tip. I've just been having a bad night." I get in my car and leave.
