22 is a grown arse man. This was after a year. No telling what kind of threats led up to this.
The audio is hard to hear but the dad warned him multiple times to get off his porch before he tried to break down the door.
This was 100% justified

I think so. You could hear his family inside the house. I would rather go to jail for protecting them than not shoot and let one of them be harmed.

In Louisiana, you can use deadly force to prevent the unlawful entry into your home. If the law there is similar, the dad is good.

He’s not facing charges so apparently the law in Ohio is similar to Louisiana.
Just makes it a little too close for comfort for my liking. But the Ring camera mitigates any doubt. Without a Ring it gets much more sketchy.
